According to Jean Philippe Legrand, Clinteria atra boettcheri SCHURHOFF 1942 is found in the Philippines but only in Palawan. This one, from Mindanao, needs further study to determine if this is the same or separate species or another subspecies. I have no genitalia reference for comparison.
